My names is Wynona James and as a pending Ph.D. candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, I am researching the components of fear and forgiveness as it affects negotiations. Particular attention is given to institutional and political disputes. Dr. Spencer Well is currently conducting worldwide research on the origin of man - using DNA techniques to track the origin.  More to come.....

Wynona "Nona" James, MA, MACCR
Wynona James is studying her Ph.D. degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, Ft Lauderdale, Florida. She is focusing her research on the impact of fear, impasse and forgiveness in disputes – in social-cultural and global settings. Nona is a member of Mediators Beyond Boarders, Association of Conflict Resolution, Colorado Mediators Association, and Blacks in Government. She is a recipient of Who's Who Among Professional Businesswomen, Who's Who Among African Americans, and Strathmore's Who's Who Among Business Professionals. Nona has her A.A. degree from Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria, CA, B.S. degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN, and M.A. degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX. She is currently employed with the federal government with 31 years service. She enjoys traveling, swimming, Civil War history and art. Her personal motto is, " You never know who you will ask for a cup of water."
